Refund policy

We have a 15-day return policy, starting from the day you receive your item. To initiate a return, your item must be in the same condition as received—unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Please provide the receipt or proof of purchase when contacting us at info@kawaiilulu.com to start the return process.

If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label along with instructions on where and how to send your package. Please note that items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

RESTOCKING FEE AND RETURN SHIPPING COST
A restocking fee of 20% will be applied to cover processing and handling costs. Additionally, the return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately. We will evaluate the issue and work to make it right.

EXCEPTIONS/ NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods, custom products, personalized items, and personal care goods. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Feel free to reach out with questions about specific items.

Unfortunately, sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.

EXCHANGES
For a swift exchange, return the unwanted item. Once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the desired item.

EUROPEAN UNION 14-DAY COOLING OFF PERIOD
If your merchandise is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without providing justification. The item must be in its original condition, unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required.

REFUNDS
Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. If approved, a refund, minus the restocking fee, will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Keep in mind that your bank or credit card company may require additional time to process and post the refund.
